The project is part of Finland’s Programme for the Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers Presidency in 2021, and also one of the measures implementing the Nordic Vision 2030. The project is carried out under the umbrella of the Cross-Border Digital Services Programme (CBDS) of MR-Digital and in cooperation with the other projects within the Programme until end of 2023.

The aim of the seminar and workshop is to work towards a handbook of cross-border data exchange, discuss interdependencies and preferences in the context of European and international digital initiatives, and enable cooperation at a deeper level between Nordic and Baltic partners. The workshop continues the work started at the previous workshop (December 2021), and welcomes also new participants
